The project
Offline Translator AI is a native iPhone app built by Limonade. It lets you translate via text, voice, and image using Apple technologies, with processing on the device itself. After downloading the language pairs you need, you can translate without relying on a connection — ideal for travel, events, and situations where internet is limited or you prefer not to send content to the cloud.

Text
Type or paste what you need to translate. Pick a language pair and see results instantly, even offline after installing the pack.
Voice
Hold the microphone and speak. The app transcribes your speech and translates automatically — great for quick conversations while traveling.
Photo
Point at a sign, menu, or document. Text is recognized in the image and translated to your target language.
How offline works
The first time, you download language pairs over the internet. After that, text and voice translation works offline for installed languages.
Text recognition in photos runs on the device. Your data doesn't need to go to external servers to be translated — more privacy wherever you are.
